Returns & Policies

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the artwork, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To complete your return, please email with the following information: 

• Your order number and item title
• A brief description of the reason for the return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 business days.

Sale Items & Custom Made Sizes

All Sale items are final, except if it was damaged in shipping.

Items Arriving Damaged in Shipping

Within 14 days of your merchandise delivery date, please email with the following information:

• A photo of your damaged artwork and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
• Your order number, and item title
• A brief description of the reason for the return
• Whether you’d like a replacement or a refund
• You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your return is being processed. If your return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos. (If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense in it’s original packaging before the return can be processed.)  Refunds are typically issued within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.  


If you decide you would like a different size or different print, please email within 14 days of receiving the artwork to notify us that you would like to exchange the work. It will be processed as a Return and a New Order.  Please refer to the Returns instructions to process the return.  Once your return has been approved, you may create a new order with your desired artwork replacement.  


To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sjoukje van Gool, Teding van Berkhoutweg 1, 1165 LZ Halfweg.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping a return/exchange item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
